Vandori Prosecco – A classic Prosecco with a smooth, Champagne-like finish.

Fiorini Pignoletto SpazzaVento – A rare, indigenous Italian sparkler. Delicate yet intense nose complemented by a full mouthfeel and a refreshing, slightly bitter finish.

Alma Negra Sparkling Malbec – A bright, light, fresh sparkling rose of Malbec with lots of red fruit and shortcake biscuit notes. It’s got a lengthy, elegant finish. 

Veuve Fourny Champagne 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs – Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes that were hand-harvested from 60 year old vines. A remarkably dry Brut Champagne that’s surprisingly soft and elegant. Fine bubbles, juicy acidity, a pure delight.
