Board of Trustees
Central Co-op’s ownership annually elects a board of trustees to represent their interests. This governing body appoints, hires, or promotes a general manager who steers operational progress; however, the board of trustees remains the legal steward of the cooperative.The board of trustees defines our policy and manages the performance of the general manager. Owners are encouraged to participate in monthly board of trustee meetings, at 6:00 p.m., in the community room.
- 1st Tuesday, finance and audit committee meeting
- 2nd Tuesday, meeting of the full board of trustees
- 3rd Tuesday, owner involvement committee meeting
- 4th Tuesday, product issues committee meeting
