Central Co-op is dedicated to supporting the crucial work of community organizations. We use the following criteria to determine organizational preference:

• The organization/event supports the mission and values of Central Co-op
• The organization/event serves local communities
• Member-owners are involved with the organization/event
• The organization/event supports ecological sustainability
• The organization/event actively promotes community sustainability and health
• The organization/event empowers marginalized community members
• The organization/event supports cultural or environmental competency
• The organization/event actively promotes community arts or alternative expression
