Recipes for Valentines

In honor of Valentines Day, the Center for Food Preservation Arts will explore with you two simple recipes sure to please: Salted Caramel Sauce, a handmade sauce for gift giving or topping your favorite desserts, and Chocolate Cherry Preserves. This is a hands-on workshop with samples of each recipe to take home.

Free and open to Central Co-op members only.

The class will be taught by Hal Meng, Certified Food Preservation Instructor and Director of the Center for Food Preservation Arts.
