Tacoma Workshop: Making Jams & Jellies All Year Round **RSVP Required**

It's never too early in the season to can delicious jams and jellies from ingredients available all year long. This hands-on workshop covers basic techniques for making and water-bath canning preserves, including low and no-sugar options.

The class will be taught by Hal Meng, Certified Food Preservation Instructor and Director of the Center for Food Preservation Arts.
