Adult Beverage Tasting: Salmon Safe Wines

Join us for a tasting of wines certified Salmon-Safe by Stewardship Partners!

Stewardship Partners works with vineyards and wineries across the Pacific Northwest to ensure that their practices are supportive of any adjacent salmon habitat.

Novelty Hill Sauvignon Blanc (Woodinville, WA) - Fresh and vibrant offering generous ripe pear and Meyer lemon aromas and flavors laced with a hint of spice. A refreshing, harmonious wine with a long, flavorful finish.

aMaurice Cellars Viognier (Walla Walla, WA) - Notes of white peach in the nose as well as lemon and stone fruit.  More lean than 2015 with peach persisting in the mouth.  Long and broad finish.

Vista Hills Pinot Noir (Dayton, OR) - Pretty nose this wine has a good amount of Violet floral and exotic spices here blackraspberry and a bit of fresh earth coming out as the wine opens.  A good amount of ripe delicious black cherry and raspberry fruit with a nice amount of exotic spices and pretty floral notes through the finish.

Abacela Vintner’s Blend (Roseburg, OR) - Fresh and youthful, it's bursting with plush boysenberries, loganberries and blackberries, annotated with a streak of coffee and cacao.
