Join Hal Meng of the Center for Food Preservation Arts for a hands-on workshop on making tasty preserves for holiday gifts!
Homemade jams, jellies and other foods make for special holiday gifts. In our third annual Gifts from the Kitchen workshop we will be focusing on a special holiday preserve, an herbal tea, and a spice mix. Everyone makes a sample to take home.
Free and open to Central Co-op members.
