Every July we survey our members and customers to learn what we are doing well and how we might serve you better! Your input is requested!

In-store: we have paper-copies of our survey that can be filled out and turned in at our 16th and Madison location.
Central Register: Look on page 22 of our Summer print newsletter for a copy of the survey - you can fill it out at home and mail it in, or drop it off in a ballot box at the front of the store.
