Our Meat & Seafood department offers high-quality beef, pork, lamb, poultry, as well as bison and goat! We’ve also got delicious sausages, salamis, sliced meats and jerkies. Plus the fresh and  smoked fish our region is famous for.

You can make preparing a great dinner easier with our Central Made ready-to-cook entrees like Blackened Snapper and Herbed Chicken.


We emphasize sourcing wild and sustainably-harvested fish and shellfish and meat from animals that are raised humanely, grass-fed, and without antibiotics and rBGH.


Our staff seek out product from local artisans like Uli’s Famous Sausage and fishermen like those of Loki Fish Co. In the summer of 2017, we got a visit from Bruce, one of the fisherman providing the herring for Alaska Herring Week, who was proud to see his catch in our case!
