Central Co-op is seeking an ambitious CEO to lead us in an increasingly competitive and exciting retail grocery environment!

Central Co-op is a community-owned natural foods cooperative open to everyone, with locations on Seattle’s Capitol Hill and opening soon in Tacoma’s West End. Owned by our shoppers and workers, we’re a complete grocery store dedicated to high-quality products, sustainable practices and strong relationships with Washington farmers and artisans.

With a devoted and passionate staff, membership group and board of trustees, we’ve been a neighborhood institution in Seattle for 40 years, growing to 14,200 members, over 120 employees and $25 million in annual sales. Our much-anticipated Tacoma store will be opening this spring. We are very proud of our impact in the Pacific Northwest; our community, our local economy and our ecosystem.

We are looking for a leader who:
