Happy 40^th Anniversary Central Co-op!

Forty years ago, on October 16, 1978, 100 founding members of Central Co-op opened the doors of our first storefront on the corner of 12^th and Denny. The new store featured wholesome and natural foods that were responsibly sourced, with a sizeable selection of bulk goods taking center-stage! Today, our Co-op has expanded its footprint and its product selection, grown to over 14,200 members in Seattle and Tacoma, brings out-sized economic impacts to our community, and is stronger than ever!

Saturday, October 13
11am to 4pm, 16^th & Madison (Seattle)
Stop by the Seattle store for baby goats out front, product samples inside, and 20% off all cheese!

Sunday, October 14
10am to 3pm, N. Pearl Street (Tacoma)
Join us at our future Tacoma location at the La Paloma Artisan Market! We will be there with baby goats too, sweet treats, site tours (if conditions allow) and more Co-op info!

Tuesday, October 16
All Day, 16^th & Madison (Seattle)
Our ACTUAL ANNIVERSARY! Members take 10% off one shopping trip all day, plus everyone gets 20% off items in our Bulk Department. First 200 shoppers get a free gift!

7pm, Century Ballroom (Seattle)
Anniversary Party!!! Members are invited to join us at the Century Ballroom for a community celebration with music by DJ Royce Yuen, snacks from That Brown Girl Cooks Catering and our own Deli, and more!
