Garland McQueen, CEO
Garland grew up next to a peach orchard and spent many a hot day harvesting peaches, so he’s not much of a fan of them. However, this recipe changed his mind!
3 large peaches
¼ stick of butter (I use Organic Valley)
¼ cup dark brown sugar (I use Wholesome)
½ cup of heavy cream, whipped ( I use Organic Valley)
1 solid appetite ( I use mine)
Take 3 large peaches
Cut in half and remove the seed
Cut each half into 5 slices
Melt ¼ stick of butter in pan on medium heat
Lay peaches in butter and then sprinkle brown sugar over them (1/4 cup)
Sautée for around 5 minutes on medium heat
Turn heat to low and cook for another 5 minutes
Place peaches in shallow dish and pour the brown sugar glaze over then
Top with whipped cream…or not
Total time: 15-20 minutes
Serves: 2 to 4 depending upon your desire for a sugar rush
These enormous roasted pear and chocolate chunk scones were a revelation; craggy, hearty, a little crunchy, tender in the center, crisp at the edges, gorgeously bronzed and an ideal balance of light sweetness but late-October indulgence.

There is no comparison in the flavor of fresh ‘chokes to frozen or canned ones — they may as well be different vegetables. And although the process can be intimidating, once you get it down — you’ll wonder what took you so long to try them.
These grilled tomato, mozzarella & herb pizzas are perfect for beautiful summer weeknights (+weekends, too)! Enjoy a healthy dinner in less than 30 minutes.
I started out slowly and tasted and stirred; a pinch of this and a handful of that. Then I left it to chill to see how it changed. A few hours later and what do you know? It was positively delightful!
